摘要：焦虑症严重影响患者身体健康与生活质量,目前关于针刺治疗焦虑症的有效性已在诸多临床研究中得到认证。文章收集近10年来关于针刺治疗焦虑症的临床研究文献,主要从国内外对本病的针刺治疗手段的总结及两者之间的对比展开论述。结果表明,相对于单纯的运用药物或针刺疗法,针刺、电针联合药物、心理、耳穴按压等其它疗法研究更广,效果更优;此外国内外研究在研究基础、涉及病种、研究方法、干预措施、评价指标等方面都存在差异,且国内外研究侧重点不一样,国内研究文献重视某个穴位或某种针刺方法治疗焦虑症效,而国外研究重点是针刺是否有效。
Anxiety disorder seriously affects the health and quality of life of patients. At present, the effectiveness of acupuncture in the treatment of anxiety has been certified in many clinical studies. The clinical research literature on acupuncture treatment of anxiety disorder in recent 10 years was collected, and the summary of the treatment methods of acupuncture at home and abroad and the comparison between the two were discussed. The results showed that: Compared with the simple use of drugs or acupuncture therapy, other therapies such as acupuncture, electro-acupuncture combined with drugs, psychology,and ear acupoint pressing have been studied more widely, and the effect is better. In addition, there are differences in research basis, disease types, research methods, intervention measures and evaluation indicators between domestic and foreign research.And there are different research emphases at home and abroad. Domestic research literature pays attention to the effects of a certain acupoint or a certain acupuncture method in the treatment of anxiety disorder, while foreign research focuses on whether acupuncture is effective.
