摘要：骨性关节炎(OA)是一种以软骨细胞损伤和降解为特征的骨科常见疾病,其主要病理变化为关节软骨磨损、硬化及滑膜炎症。现有的治疗方法如口服非甾体抗炎药等具有一定疗效,但存在毒副作用。中医药治疗OA具有多靶点、多通路、毒副作用小及易被患者接受的优势。JAK2/STAT3信号通路在炎症反应和免疫系统的激活中起重要作用,其与OA的发生和发展密切相关。中医药可通过调控JAK2/STAT3信号通路,调节软骨基质降解、炎症反应、细胞增殖与凋亡、氧化应激、巨噬细胞极化,多途径治疗OA。本文对中医药调控JAK2/STAT3信号通路治疗OA进行综述,以期为OA的治疗和基础研究提供理论依据。
Osteoarthritis(OA)is a common orthopedic disease characterized by cartilage cell damage and degradation.The main pathological changes are articular cartilage wear,sclerosis,and synovial inflammation.The existing treatment methods such as oral nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs have certain curative effect,but also have toxic and side effects.Traditional Chinese medicine and pharmacy has the advantages of multi-target,multi-pathway,small toxic,and side effects,and easy to be accepted by patients in the treatment of OA.JAK2/STAT3 signaling pathway plays an important role in the activation of inflammatory response,and immune system,which is closely related to the occurrence,and development of OA.Traditional Chinese medicine and pharmacy can regulate cartilage matrix degradation,inflammatory response,cell proliferation and apoptosis,oxidative stress,macrophage polarization by regulating JAK2/STAT3 signaling pathway,multi-pathway treatment for OA.This article reviews traditional Chinese medicine and pharmacy regulating JAK2/STAT3 signaling pathway in the treatment of OA,in order to provide theoretical basis for the treatment and basic research of OA.
