摘要：无保护会阴分娩术是一种发展较为完善的新型助产方式,较之于传统助产,该术不仅能够更加有效保护产妇会阴组织,降低分娩时会阴裂伤发生率以及疼痛的程度,而且还可以有效减少会阴侧切率与产后并发症的发生。此外亦可缩短产妇住院时间、减少住院费用,一定程度上提高产妇分娩后的生活质量。本文即对无保护会阴分娩术的临床研究进展进行综述,以期为该助产方式在国内的推广普及提供理论依据。
The unprotected perineum delivery is a newway of midwifery.Compared with the traditional midwifery,this technique can not only effectively protect the perineal tissue AND reduce the incidence of perineal laceration and pain degree during delivery,but also can effectively reduce episiotomy rate and postpartum complications.It may also shorten maternal hospitalization stay and reduce hospitalization cost,and improve the maternal quality of life after childbirth.This paper is aimed to summarize the progress of clinical research of unprotected perineum delivery technique,for the purpose of further application in clinical area.
