摘要：目的:观察电针对肾虚型急迫性尿失禁患者尿动力学的影响。方法:将72例急迫性尿失禁患者随机分为针刺组(50例)和药物组(22例)。针刺组采用电针治疗,药物组口服舍尼亭,疗程3周。观察两组治疗前后尿动力学指标变化。结果:治疗前两组有效膀胱容量(Vv)、最大尿流率(Qmax)、平均尿流率(Qave)、尿流时间(FT)比较均无差异(P>0.05);治疗后两组Vv、Qmax、Qave较治疗前均有增加(P<0.05),且针刺组在改善Vv方面优于药物组(P<0.05)。结论:电针治疗可改善肾虚型急迫性尿失禁患者的膀胱功能。
Objective： To observe the effects of electroacupuncture on urodynamics in urge incontinence（UI） of kidney deficiency syndrome.Methods： Seventy-two patients with urge incontinence of kidney deficiency syndrome were randomly divided into two groups： treatment group in which 50 cases were treated with electroacupuncture and control group in which 22 cases were treated with tolterodine tartrate tablets,with a course of 3 weeks.The urodynamic indicators were observed before and after treatment.Results： Before treatment the bladder voiding volume（Vv）,maximum flow rate（Qmax）,average flow rate（Qave） and flow time（FT） showed no differences between the two groups（P0.05）;after treatment,the Vv,Qmax and Qave were increased in both groups（P0.05）,with more significant increase of Vv in treatment group than in control group（P0.05）.Conclusion： Electroacupuncture has positive effects to improve the function of bladder in patients with urge incontinence of kidney deficiency syndrome.
