摘要：从针刺、电针、雷火灸、针灸、针药结合、针刺结合人工泪液、雷火灸结合药物等方面总结了近五年针灸治疗干眼症的临床情况。同时指出只有很好地解决诊断标准和疗效标准不明确、远期临床疗效空白、实验机理研究不充分、对照组设置不合理等四个方面的问题,针灸治疗干眼症才能有更进一步的突破。
Nearly five years are summarized in aspects of acupuncture in the treaments ot dry eyes Irom acupuncture, moxibustion, cupping,ray fire acupuncture and the combination of acupuncture with medicine . acupuncture combined with artifical tears, thunder fire moxibustion combined with medicine. At the same time points out that a good solution to the problem of diagnosis and curative effect of standard is not unified, the long- term curative effect of blank, the mechanism of experimental research and comparison group set unreasonable 4 aspects and many more that acupuncture in the treatment of dry eyes will be more on a new level.
