摘要:丁苯酞(DL-3-N-butylphthalide,NBP)作为一种多靶点的神经保护剂,具有抗炎、调节免疫等多种药理作用,对脑血管疾病(包括缺血性脑卒中、出血性脑卒中及血管性痴呆等)过程中的免疫炎症反应具有明显的缓解作用。核因子-κB(nuclear factor-κB,NF-κB)广泛参与免疫炎症反应。近年来研究发现,NBP通过调控NF-κB、缓解免疫炎症反应发挥治疗脑血管疾病的作用。本文就NBP调控NF-κB信号通路而缓解脑血管疾病免疫炎症反应的实验研究进行综述。
DL-3-N-butylphthalide(NBP)is a multi-target neuroprotective agent with diverse pharmacological effects,notably anti-inflammatory and immunomodulatory properties.It significantly alleviates the immune-inflammatory response in cerebrovascular diseases,including ischemic stroke,hemorrhagic stroke,and vascular dementia.Nuclear factor-κB(NF-κB)is a pivotal factor widely involved in immune-inflammatory responses.Recent studies have revealed that NBP exerts its therapeutic effects on cerebrovascular diseases by modulating NF-κB and alleviating immune-inflammatory responses.This review summarizes experimental studies on how NBP regulates the NF-κB signaling pathway to mitigate immune-inflammatory responses in cerebrovascular diseases.
