摘要：糖尿病和骨质疏松症是影响人类的两种最重要的疾病,其最常见的并发症之一骨折严重降低患者生活质量。近年来中医药有关其研究越来越多,许多研究者发现葛根、杜仲、黄芪等中药有效成分主要通过抑制炎性反应、保护神经元、减轻氧化应激反应、抑制细胞凋亡、缓解胰岛素抵抗等方面,来发挥控制血糖以及抗骨质疏松作用。中草药作为一种传统的治疗方法,一直受到关注,许多研究指标证明了中药有效成分对于糖尿病性骨质疏松的疗效通路机制及其潜力。文章将探讨中草药有效成分治疗糖尿病性骨质疏松的研究进展,深入认识糖尿病合并骨质疏松,能为其治疗提供一定的理论依据及临床参考。
diabetes mellitus(DM)and osteoporosis are two of the most important diseases affecting human beings,and fracture,one of the most common complications,seriously reduces the quality of life of patients.In recent years,there has been an increasing amount of research on traditional Chinese medicine.Many researchers have found that the effective ingredients of traditional Chinese medicine,such as kudzu root,Eucommia ulmoides,and Astragalus membranaceus,mainly exert blood sugar control and anti osteoporosis effects by inhibiting inflammatory reactions,protecting neurons,reducing oxidative stress reactions,inhibiting cell apoptosis,and alleviating insulin resistance.As a traditional treatment method,Chinese herbal medicine has always been concerned.Many research indicators have proved the therapeutic pathway mechanism and potential of the effective ingredients of Chinese herbal medicine for diabetes induced osteoporosis:This article will discuss the research progress of effective ingredients of Chinese herbal medicine in the treatment of diabetes osteoporosis,and deeply understand diabetes combined with osteoporosis,which can provide some theoretical basis and clinical reference for its treatment.
