摘要：目的分析近10年分级诊疗领域研究热点,为其可持续性研究提供参考。方法在中国期刊全文数据(CNKI)检索分级诊疗文献,对纳入研究标准的784篇分级诊疗相关文献提取高频关键词,利用Bicomb得到共现矩阵和词篇矩阵,通过Ucinet的Netdraw程序绘制共现网络图,运用SPSS系统聚类和Scale功能绘制聚类树图及多维尺度图。结果共词分析与知识图谱相结合展现和挖掘了当前分级诊疗领域研究热点及彼此关系,归纳出五大研究热点。结论热点探究表明分级诊疗研究的必要性和紧迫性,但依然存在系统实证研究较少,评价指标体系不完善,对关键要素尚有忽视等问题。
Objective To analyze the research hotspots in the field of hierarchical diagnosis and treatment in the past 10 years, and to provide reference for its ongoing research. Methods 784 literatures about hierarchical diagnosis and treatment were filtered on the Chinese National Knowledge Intergrated Database, and extracted for high frequency keywords. Applying Bieomb software to get co-occurrence matrix and words matrix, through Ucinet＇s Netdraw program to draw co-network diagram and SPSS software hierarchical clustering and Scale function graphing cluster tree diagram and multidimensional scaling diagram. Results The combination of co-word analysis and knowledge map is a more intuitive way to show the research hotspots in the field of hierarchical diagnosis, which can also explore relationship between the two. Then, it summarizes the five research hotspots. Conclusion Research hotspots indicate the necessity and urgency of hierarchical diagnosis and treatment studies, however, there are still some shortcomings like lacking of systematic empirical research and ignoring the study of key elements, etc.
