摘要：慢性萎缩性胃炎发生部位在胃腑,脾胃虚弱为其根本病机,但其发生还涉及心、肝、肾、肺。而失眠作为情志病中的一种,其发生与五脏所藏之神有关。导师吴玉泓教授在临床中发现慢性萎缩性胃炎患者常伴失眠症状,因此文章通过阐述慢性萎缩性胃炎与五脏之间的联系、失眠与神之间的联系,立足五脏藏神理论来探析慢性萎缩性胃炎伴失眠的论治,为临床辨治慢性萎缩性胃炎合并失眠提供些许思路。
Chronic atrophic gastritis occurs in the stomach. Weakness of the spleen and stomach is the underlying pathogenesis, but its occurrence also involves the heart, liver, kidney and lung. As one of the emotional diseases, insomnia is related to the five emotional activities in their own internal organs. Professor WU Yuhong found that patients with chronic atrophic gastritis were often accompanied by insomnia symptoms in clinical practice. Therefore, in this paper, the relationship between chronic atrophic gastritis and five viscera, and the relationship between insomnia and five emotional activities were expounded, and the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis with insomnia was explored based on the theory of “the five emotional activities are hidden in their own internal organs” to provide some ideas for the clinical treatment of the disease.
