摘要：盐锁阳可使正常和阳虚模型小鼠睾丸曲细精管初级精母细胞分裂活跃，间质细胞及其胞核体积明显增大；附睾管扩张，管腔增大；包皮腺成熟细胞数量增多。锁阳的作用则相反。揭示盐销阳对睾丸、附睾及包皮腺的功能有显著促进作用，而锁阳则有一定抑制作用。
rimary spermatocyte division in convoluted spermatic tubule of testis of normal and lack-of-vital-energy micehad been brisk during 9 days of the period of administrated Cynomorium songaricum Rupr. prepared by salt (saltysuoyang). The volume of interstitial cells and nuclears changed bigger. As ductus epididymis cavities dilated so the volume of ductus epididymic became larger; the amount of the ripe cells in prepuce gland increased. but the effect ofsuoyang was opposite. these facts explained that salty suoyang could promote the sex function of male mice, butsuoyang had inhibitory effects.
