摘要:查阅相关文献,从抗炎、抗氧化、抗凝、降脂、降压等5个方面概述地龙蛋白保护血管内皮,从而治疗血管内皮损伤引起的阴茎勃起功能障碍的作用机制。目前对于地龙蛋白中具体成分的作用尚未明确,还需进一步研究。今后可通过提高地龙蛋白提纯工艺,建立血管内皮损伤性阴茎勃起功能障碍大鼠模型,探究地龙蛋白不同成分治疗血管内皮损伤性阴茎勃起功能障碍的具体作用机制,明确其作用靶点,从而为治疗阴茎勃起功能障碍提供理论依据,拓展新思路。
A review of relevant literature was conducted to outline the action mechanism of protein from earthworm in protecting vascular endothelium and thus treating erectile dysfunction(ED)caused by vascular endothelial injury from five aspects,including anti-inflammatory,antioxidant,anticoagulant,lipid-lowering and antihypertensive.The effects of the specific components in the protein from earthworm are not yet clear and further research is needed.In the future,by improving the purification process of protein from earthworm and establishing a rat model of ED due to vascular endothelial injury,the specific action mechanism of different components of protein from earthworm in treating ED due to vascular endothelial injury can be investigated and its target of action can be clarified,so as to provide a theoretical basis and expand new ideas for the treatment of ED.
