摘要:目的研究了硫磺熏蒸半夏对金属元素含量的影响。方法采用火焰原子吸收法测定了原生半夏和硫磺熏制半夏中的Mg、Ni、Cu、Ca、Cd、Mn、Na、Zn、K、Cr、Fe等的含量。结果经过硫磺熏蒸之后,Mn、Cr、Fe的含量升高,为原来的2.5、3.12、3.04倍。结论硫磺熏制对半夏中的金属元素含量影响较大,应采取相关措施改变硫磺熏制现状,以保证中草药的质量及安全。
Objective To study the influence of sulfur fumigation on Metals contents in Pinellia ternata (Thunb.) Breit. Methods The contents of metals such as Mg, Ni, Cu, Ca, Cd, Mn, Na, Zn, K, Cr and Fe in sulfur fumigation and non-sulfur fumigation of Pinellia ternata (Thunb.) Breit were determined using Atomic Absorption Spectroscopy (AAS). Result Compared with Pinellia ternata (Thunb.) Breit, the contents of Mn,Cr,Fe in the the sulfur fumigation were increased, which was 2.5、3.12 and 3.04 times, respectively. Conclusion Sulphur fumigstion should be abandoned completely on Pinellia ternata (Thunb.) Breit, and replaced by sulfur-free process, it provided the assurance for the quality and safety of the traditional Chinese medicinal materials.
