摘要：目的观察本草养颜膏对大鼠皮肤的毒性作用。方法采用健康SD大鼠进行皮肤急性毒性试验、皮肤刺激性试验和皮肤过敏性试验。结果本草养颜膏对大鼠完整皮肤及破损皮肤均无急性毒性反应、无刺激作用,也不影响伤口愈合;同时对大鼠完整皮肤也无致敏作用。结论本草养颜膏用于预防和治疗损容性病症如色素沉着、痤疮瘢痕、化妆品皮炎等具有较好的安全性。
Objective To observe the toxicity effects of herbaceous beauty parlour cream on the skin of rats. Methods By using SD rats , acute toxicity experiment, irritant experiment and hypersensitivity experi-ment of skin were performed. Results The herbaceous hairdressing cream had no acute toxicity, no skin irritation and no hypersensitive effects for the intact or damaged wounds were not influenced. Conclusion The cream is safe in as pigmentation, acne scars and cosmetic dermatitis. skin in rats respectively. And the healing of preventing and treating such damaging diseases
