摘要:目的探讨敦煌石室大宝胶囊对衰老模型大鼠脑组织钙稳态的影响。方法采用D-半乳糖建立大鼠衰老模型,测定大脑组织内Na+-K+-ATPase、Ca2+-ATPase、Ca2+-Mg2+-ATPase活性和Ca2+含量。结果模型组大鼠脑组织内Na+-K+-ATPase、Ca2+-ATPase、Ca2+-Mg2+-AT-Pase活性显著降低,Ca2+含量显著升高(P<0.01,P<0.05);应用敦煌石室大宝胶囊治疗后,治疗组大鼠脑组织内Na+-K+-ATPase、Ca2+-ATPase、Ca2+-Mg2+-ATPase活性增高,Ca2+含量显著降低(P<0.01,P<0.05)。结论敦煌石室大宝胶囊具有调节衰老大鼠脑组织钙稳态的作用。
Objective To explore the effect of Dunhuang Shishi Dabao(DHDB) capsule on calcium homeostasis in brain tissue of the aging model rats.Methods The subacute aging model rats were made by injecting D-gal into abdominal cavity continually,and Na+-K+-ATPase,Ca2+-ATPase,Ca2+-Mg2+-ATPase and Ca2+ levels in brain tissue were evaluated.Results The model group hand the downregulated Na+-K+-ATPase,Ca2+-ATPase and Ca2+-Mg2+-ATPase levels(P0.01,P0.05),and the significantly increased Ca2+ levels(P0.05).After treated with DHDB, Na+-K+-ATPase,Ca2+-ATPase,Ca2+-Mg2+-ATPase levels were upregulated(P0.05,P0.01),Ca2+ levels was reduced significantly(P0.05).Conclusions DHDB can regulate calcium homeostasis in aging rats′brain.
