摘要：冯兆张为明末清初著名医家,于内外妇儿各科均有涉猎,而尤精于儿科。冯氏继承发扬小儿性禀纯阳、脏腑娇嫩、易虚易实等特点,更加重视小儿先天禀赋及后天长养。其临证注重四诊合参,但更加强调望诊与闻诊在诊察小儿诸病中的重要性;其用药灵活多变,师古而不泥古,主张三因制宜,对儿科临床具有较高的指导意义。本文旨在通过对冯氏儿科学术思想及其临床遣方用药特色进行探析,以期对临床有所裨益。
Feng Zhaozhang was a famous doctor in the late Ming dynasty and early Qing dynasty.He was involved in all subjects of women and children,especially pediatrics.Feng inherited and carried forward the characteristics of children s pure Yang,delicate viscera,easy deficiency,and easy reality,and paid more attention to children s congenital endowment and postnatal growth.Feng pays attention to the combination of four diagnoses but emphasizes the importance of observation,and smell diagnosis in the diagnosis of children s diseases.His medication is flexible and changeable,and he learns from the ancients but does not stick to the ancients words.At the same time,he also advocates three factors and measures.These thoughts have great guiding significance to the pediatric clinic.This paper aims to explore Feng s academic thought and clinical diagnosis and treatment characteristics of pediatrics,to be beneficial to the clinic.
