摘要：查阅相关文献,从中医疗法(中药汤剂内服、中医外治法)、物理疗法(微晶磨削、激光、硅凝胶膜)及基因疗法三方面对近年来痤疮增生性瘢痕(AHS)的临床研究进行概述,指出基因疗法将成为今后治疗AHS的热点,若能解决将治疗基因精确导入靶细胞并能在靶细胞中得到高效表达的问题,基因治疗将会在此领域有巨大的发展潜力。此外,AHS受家族遗传等诸多因素的影响,个体差异较大,故在临床治疗时应根据患者年龄、瘢痕面积、皮肤类型等不同情况制定个体化的治疗方案。
By consulting the relevant literature,this paper summarizes the clinical research of acne hypertrophic scars(AHS)in recent years from three aspects,including Chinese medicine therapy(Chinese materia medica decoction oral administration,Chinese medicine external therapy),physical therapy(microcrystalline grinding treatment,laser treatment,silicone gel sheeting therapy)and gene therapy.It is pointed out that gene therapy will become a hot spot for treatment of AHS in the future.If we can solve the problem of precisely delivering therapeutic genes to the target cells with high efficiency expression therein,then gene therapy will have great potential in this field.In addition,affected by many factors,such as family genetics,AHS has greater individual differences,therefore,individualized treatment plan should be made according to the patient’s age,scar area,skin type and other conditions in clinical treatment.
