摘要：针刺时进针产生的疼痛属于浅表痛,其程度受到神经生理因素和心理因素两方面的影响,在明晰进针疼痛的产生与调控原理及心理因素对疼痛影响的基础上,从进针的速度、发力与角度、押手的配合以及心理干预等方面对无痛进针操作进行讨论,旨在为临床应用提供参考,助力针刺疗法推广。
The pain caused by acupuncture is superficial pain,and its degree is affected by both neurophysiological and psychological.This article clarifies the generation and regulation principle of needle insertion pain and the influence of psychological factors on pain.The painless needle insertion operation is discussed in terms of speed,force and angle of force,the cooperation of pressing hands,and psychological intervention,etc.,in order to provide reference for clinical operation and promote the promotion of acupuncture therapy.
