摘要：目的:研究治萎防变胶囊对慢性萎缩性胃炎模型大鼠血清胃泌素、胃蛋白酶活性、胃液总酸和游离酸含量的影响。方法:采用综合法复制CAG动物模型,施药后对各组大鼠相关指标进行检测。结果:与模型组比较,治萎防变胶囊可显著提高胃蛋白酶活性及升高血清胃泌素、胃液总酸含量和游离酸含量,大剂量组作用显著。结论:治萎防变胶囊具有促进血清胃泌素、胃酸分泌及提高胃蛋白酶活性的作用。
Objective To study effects of Zhiweifangbian capsule（ZWFB）on the level of gastfin in serum, activity of pepsinum in gastric tissue and content of acidum and free acid in gastric juice of rats with chronic atrophic gastritis. Methods Model of chronic atrophic gastritis was established with synthetic method. After treated with ZWFB, the serum level of gastrin, activity of pepsinum in gastric tissue and content of acidum and free acid in gastric juice were detected. Results Compared with model group, ZWFB could increase the serum level of gastrin, activity of pepsinum and content of acidum and free acid significantly. Conclusion It was suggested that ZWFB has functions of promoteing gastrin secretions, gastric acid secretion and promoteing pepsinum activity.
