摘要：腰椎间盘突出症是临床常见病、多发病,魏清琳教授认为,本病患者普遍年龄较大,病程偏长,总属本虚标实之证,气血失和是发病关键,故治疗该病不能仅着眼于局部,而应以扶正为要,调和气血为先。基于脏腑经络学理论,结合现代医学原理,认为腹部脏腑聚集,经络汇通,是调理气血的聚合之地,同时也是现代生物力学的核心所在。因此魏清琳教授治疗腰椎间盘突出症主张从腹论治,扶正固本,针药并用,异效互补,针灸以腹针处方为基础方,中药以黄芪建中汤合用他方为主,标本兼顾,思路独特,疗效卓著,经多年临床验证,已形成一套完整的治疗体系。文章总结魏清琳教授从腹论治腰椎间盘突出症的临证经验。魏清琳教授谨守病机,精准辨证,遣方用药灵活精到,针灸选穴标本兼顾,其从腹论治腰椎间盘突出症经验值得临床发挥借鉴。
Professor WEI Qinglin’s clinical experience in treating lumbar disc herniation from abdomen was summarized.Lumbar disc herniation is a common and frequently occurring disease in clinical practice.Professor WEI Qinglin believes that the patients with this disease are older and the course of the disease is longer,which is always a syndrome of deficiency of origin and excess of essence.The key to the disease is the disharmony of Qi(气)and blood.The treatment of this disease should not only focus on the local areas,but should focus on righting and harmonizing Qi and blood first.Based on the theory of Zang Fu(脏腑)organs and meridians,combined with the principles of modern medicine,it is believed that the gathering of abdominal Zang Fu organs and the convergence of meridians are the place for regulating Qi and blood,as well as the core of modern biomechanics.Therefore,the treatment of lumbar disc herniation advocates treating from the abdomen,strengthening the body,combining acupuncture and medicine,and complementing different effects.Acupuncture and moxibustion are based on the abdominal acupuncture prescription,and the traditional Chinese medicine is based on the combination of the Huangqi Jianzhong decoction(黄芪建中汤)with other prescriptions.The treatment of lumbar disc herniation is based on both the symptoms and the symptoms,with unique ideas and remarkable effects.After years of clinical verification,a complete treatment system has been formed.Professor WEI Qinglin treated diseases with traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions and acupuncture according to the pathogenesis,pay attention to syndrome differentiation and treatment,and treat both principal and secondary aspect of disease.Professor WEI Qinglin’s experience in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation from the abdomen is worthy of clinical promotion and reference.
