摘要:以甲基丙烯酸和8-羟基喹啉为配体,合成了甲基丙烯酸-8-羟基喹啉稀土(钕、镧、铕)配合物,采用元素分析、摩尔电导、红外光谱(IR)、紫外光谱(UV)、荧光光谱和热重-差热分析(TG-DTA)手段对配合物的组成和性质进行了表征。此外,采用体外抑菌圈法研究了合成的3种稀土配合物对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌活性。实验数据确定配合物的组成为Eu L·L2'和REL2·L'(RE=La,Nd,L=甲基丙烯酸L'=8-羟基喹啉),在二甲亚砜溶液中配合物属非电解质,差热-热重分析结果表明合成的配合物热稳定性较配体增强,且Nd(III),Eu(III)配合物具有较强的Nd^3+,Eu^3+特征线状荧光。通过体外抑菌实验,发现3种稀土配合物作用大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌后均具有10~12 mm的抑菌圈,说明所合成的配合物对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的生长具有中等的抑制作用,且对大肠杆菌的抑制作用强于金黄色葡萄球菌。稀土配合物的抑菌作用明显强于单独配体,表明形成配合物后,稀土离子与甲基丙烯酸、8-羟基喹啉的协同作用,显著增强了抗菌效果。
Three kinds of ternary complexes of rare earth elements,with methacrylic acid and 8-hydroxyquinoline were synthesized,and the component and properties of these complexes were characterized by elemental analysis,molar conductivity,infrared radiation( IR),ultra violet( UV),fluorescence spectroscopy and thermal gravimetric-differential thermal analysis( TG-DTA) methods. Moreover,the antibacterial activities of these rare earth complexes towards Escherichia coli( E. coli) and Staphylococcus aureus( St. aureus)were investigated by inhibition zone method in vitro. All the above elemental data confirmed that the synthesized complexes were EuL ·L2' and REL2·L'( RE = La,Nd,L = methacrylic acid,L' = 8-hydroxyquinoline),which behaved as non-electrolyte in DMSO( dimethyl sulphoxide) solution. The thermal stabilities of complexes were dramatically improved and better than its ligand,and the Nd( III)and Eu( III) complexes showed better characteristic linear fluorescent of Nd^3+ and Eu^3+. The antibacterial experiments indicated that all the complexes exhibited medium antibacterial ability against E. coli and St. aureus,and the antibacterial ability against E. coli were stronger than St. aureus. Furthermore,the antibacterial abilities of rare metal complexes were stronger than single ligand,owing to the synergistic action among rare earth elements,methacrylic acid and 8-hydroxyquinoline.
