摘要：目的探讨蟒针加热联合正骨手法对颈椎相关性过敏性鼻炎患者生活质量、血清IgE水平的影响。方法选取2020年3月至12月于定西市卫生学校附属医院治疗的70例颈椎相关性过敏性鼻炎患者为研究对象,将其随机分为观察组与对照组,各35例。两组均首先采用正骨手法治疗颈椎小关节紊乱,在此基础上,观察组加用蟒针加热疗法,对照组加用传统针刺疗法。比较两组患者的生活质量评分、血清IgE水平及治疗期间的不良反应发生情况。结果治疗后,两组患者的鼻-结膜炎相关生活质量各项评分均较治疗前降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者的血清IgE水平均较治疗前降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者的不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P=0.629)。结论蟒针加热联合正骨手法治疗颈椎相关性过敏性鼻炎的效果显著,可为临床提供参考。
Objective To investigate the effects of python needle heating combined with bone setting manipulation on quality of life and serum IgE level in patients with cervical spine associated allergic rhinitis.Methods A total of 70 patients with cervical spine associated allergic rhinitis treated in the affiliated hospital of Dingxi health school from March 2020 to December 2020 were selected as the study objects.The patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 35 cases in each group.The two groups were firstly treated with bone setting manipulation for cervical facet joint disorder,on this basis,the observation group was treated with python needle heating therapy,and the control group was treated with traditional acupuncture therapy.The quality of life score,serum IgE level and occurrence of adverse reactions during treatment were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the scores of rhinoconjunctivitis related quality of life in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and those in the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the serum IgE level of the two groups was lower than that before treatment,and that of the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P=0.629).Conclusion Python needle heating combined with bone setting manipulation is effective in the treatment of cervical spine associated allergic rhinitis,which can provide reference for clinical practice.
