摘要：目的观察通便胶囊的泻下、止血作用。方法用禁水不禁食的方法制造小鼠便秘模型,运用色素流动法,以黑色炭末为指示剂、以小鼠排黑粪时间和数量为指标观察通便胶囊的泻下作用,以墨汁在大鼠大肠的推进率为指标观察对大肠推进、蠕动作用;分别用断尾法和毛细玻管法测定小鼠出、凝血时间,比较用药前后家兔血浆凝血酶原时间,以小鼠腹腔洗涤液光密度值为指标测定毛细血管通透性改变,验证通便胶囊的止血功能。结果通便胶囊对便秘小鼠可显著缩短排粪时间、增加排粪量(P<0.01),对大鼠大肠有明显的推进蠕动作用(P<0.01),与空白组比较,通便胶囊组和阳性对照组均明显缩短小鼠的出、凝血时间(P<0.01),高剂量组和安络血组出血时间无显著差异(P>0.05),中剂量组和维生素K3组凝血时间无显著差异(P>0.05),高剂量组和维生素K3组凝血时间有差异(P<0.05),该药缩短家兔用药后的血浆凝血酶原时间(P<0.05),与空白组比较,通便胶囊组和安络血组均显著抑制腹腔毛细血管通透性(PObjective Observing by stopping of Tongbian capsule. Method Making the models of constipation on mice taking black providing food, while applying running pigment and presenting water but instruction. Taking the time and quantity of black defecate as the index carbon powder as the to observe the function of making diarrhea of the Tongbian capsule. Watching the function of propulsion, wriggling of the medicine on large intestine according to the propulsion rate of the ink in the large intestine of rat. We proved the stop bleeding function of Tongbian capsule of mouse by cutting tail and by following ways： determine the bleeding and clotting time rabbit before and after taking using capillary, comparing the plasma prothrombin time of the medicine, determine the penetration change of capiIIary by the light density value of the cleaning solution of abdominal cavity, etc. Result For the constipation mice, the Tongbian capsuIe can shorten defecate time of increasing quantity obviously （P〈0.01）. And it has ob^ous functions of propulsion, wriggling on large intestine of rat （P〈0.01）. Comparing with the blank group, the Tongbian capsule group and the positive comparison group can shorten bleeding and blood coagulation time of mice obviously （P〈0.01）. There is no significance of bleeding time between the large dose group and the Anluoxue group （P〉0.05）, neither are the middle dose group and the Vit K3 group （P〉0.05）, but so are the large dose group and the Vit K3 group （P〈0.05）. The plasma prothrombin time of rabbit was shortened after taking the medicine （P〈0.05）. Comparing with the blank group, both Tongbian Capsule group and the Anluoxue group can restrain the penetration of capillary in abdominal cavity of mice （P〈0.01）. Concusion The Tongbian capsule has good effects of making diarrhea and stoppin bleeding.
