摘要：帕金森病(Parkinson disease,PD)是一种发生于中老年人的神经系统退行性疾病,相当于中医颤证范畴。近年来针对PD的中医证候研究较多,这些证候研究对PD的中医临床诊疗方案具有重要的指导意义,与其临床疗效密切相关。然中医对PD证候的认识仍存在辨证主观、分型混乱、病机侧重不同等问题,影响了中医治疗PD优势的发挥。文章就PD相关证候文献,总结了国内研究PD的著名中医学家任继学、王永炎、谢海洲、周仲瑛、何建成的观点,论述了PD文献资料的证型分布、临床分期的证型演变、患者年龄的证型差异、证型基本要素的规律,亦描述了临床及实验研究中证侯与蛋白质、神经递质、免疫反应、肠道菌群等微观指标的演变特点。以期通过PD证候研究进展为中医临床与科研提供借鉴。
Parkinson disease(PD)is a neurodegene-rative disease that occurs in middle-aged and elderly people.It is equivalent to the category of traditional Chinese medicine syndromes.In recent years,there have been many researches on traditional Chinese medicine syndromes of PD.These syndrome researches haves important guiding significance for clinical protocol the clinical diagnosis and treatment plan of traditional Chinese medicine in PD,and is closely related to their clinical efficacy.However,the understanding of traditional Chinese medicine about PD syndromes has some problems such as subjective differentiation,confusion of classification,and different focuses of pathogenesis,which has affected the exertion of the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine trerapy of PD.Based on the PD-related syndrome literature,this article summarizes the views of REN Jixue,WANG Yongyan,XIE Haizhou,ZHOU Zhongying,and HE Jiancheng who are famous Chinese medicine scientists studying PD.Discusses the distribution of syndrome types in PD literature,the evolution of syndrome types in clinical stages,the differences in syndrome types of patients’ages,and the basic elements of syndrome types.Microscopic indicators such as intestinal flora.In order to provide reference for the clinical and scientific research of traditional Chinese medicine through the progress of PD syndrome research.
