摘要：浆细胞性乳腺炎是临床常见疼痛性疾病,好发于非哺乳期女性,严重影响患者的日常生活和工作。临床上多以手术为主,药物为辅进行治疗,但疗效欠佳,复发率高,中医治疗本病发挥其优势,运用内治、外治、内外治相结合等疗法取得一定疗效。因此,本文通过检索近10年关于中医治疗浆细胞性乳腺炎的文献,从浆细胞性乳腺炎的病因病机、中医治疗,综述中医治疗浆细胞性乳腺炎的研究进展,为中医治疗该病的应用及推广提供文献依据。
Plasma cell mastitis belongs to the category of“acne mammary carbuncles”in modern Chinese medicine.It often occurs in non-lactation or non-pregnancy period,and is a chronic,non-bacterial inflammatory disease.The disease has a long course and repeated conditions.The etiology and pathogenesis are still unclear,and the incidence of the disease has been rising in recent years,which has increased many difficulties for clinical treatment.Western medicine in the treatment of surgery,supplemented by drugs,but the curative effect is poor,high recurrence rate,traditional Chinese medicine treatment of the disease to play its advantages,the use of internal treatment,external treatment,internal and external treatment of the combination of therapy to achieve a certain effect.In order to better clarify the TCM optimal treatment of plasma cell mastitis,the author now summarizes the relevant literature.
