摘要：随着现代生活节奏加快及饮食结构的调整,功能性便秘的患病率不断上升且呈年轻化趋势,对患者的身心健康构成严重威胁。汪龙德主任医师,师从国医大师周信有教授,指出功能性便秘的病机关键为“虚实夹杂、气血失和”,论治分为宿食停滞、肝脾不调、脾胃虚寒、气阴两虚等证型,遣方用药分别选用枳实导滞丸、大柴胡汤、温脾汤、滋肠五仁丸等加减。此外,预防调护尤重“治未病”思想,在治疗中,剂型选择,汤剂为先;药食同源,食治为要;调摄精神,心宁病安。疗效甚佳,值得借鉴。
With the accelerated pace of modern life and the adjustment of dietary structure,the prevalence of functional constipation continues to rise and shows a younger trend,posing a serious threat to the physical and mental health of patients.WANG Longde,chief physician,followed Professor ZHOU Xinyou,a master of Chinese medicine,pointed out that the pathogenesis of functional constipation is“deficiency and excess combination,blood and Qi disharmony”.The treatment is divided into syndrome types such as stagnation of overnight food,liver and spleen disorders,spleen and stomach deficiency cold,Qi and Yin deficiency,and the prescription are Zhishi Daozhi pill,Dachaihu decoction,Wenpi decoction,Zichang Wuren pill,etc.In addition,prevention and nursing pay particular attention to the idea of“preventing disease”(dosage form selection,decoction first;medicine and food are of the same origin,food treatment is essential;regulating spirit,calming the heart and calming the disease),which has a good curative effect and is worth learning from.
