摘要：目的:对线叶龙胆进行生药学鉴定研究。方法:利用来源、性状、显微与理化鉴定法对该药材进行鉴定研究,确立鉴别特征。结果:其粉末中有念珠状增厚表皮细胞﹑非腺毛﹑花瓣乳头状细胞和花柱碎片;薄层色谱中,供试品与对照品相应的位置上,显相同颜色的荧光斑点,重现性好。结论:本研究为该药材的生药鉴定与进一步开发利用提供理论依据。
Objective：To establish pharmacognostical methods of Gentiana farreri Balf.f..Methods：The original plant,macroscopical,microscopic and physicochemical identification were used to authenticate this crude drug,and the identification characteristics were studied.Results：The results showed that there were moniliform incrassated epidermal cells,tentacle,petal mastoid cell and style fragment in the power;the fluorescent spot with the same color at the corresponding position of samples and controls has a good reproducibility.Conclusion：This study will provide theoretical basis for the pharmacognosy identification and further application of the plant.
