摘要：慢性萎缩性胃炎(chronic atrophic gastritis,CAG)作为一种常见的消化系统疾病,其发病率和致癌率逐年增长,但目前尚无特异性治疗方法。现代医学认为CAG主要由饮食不当、长期服药改变体内微环境导致幽门螺杆菌(helicobacter pylori,Hp)感染、肠道菌群紊乱等引起,发病机制主要包括炎症反应、氧化应激、免疫失衡、程序性细胞死亡失调等方面。中药复方可以通过多机制、多通路、多靶点改善CAG,通过平衡肠道菌群、根除Hp感染、抑制炎症反应、降低氧化损伤、平衡免疫功能、调节细胞程序性死亡等方式阻断胃“炎癌”发展。该研究综述近年CAG的发病机制及中药复方研究方向,以期为CAG的深入研究及中药复方治疗CAG提供新的思路。
Chronic atrophic gastritis(CAG)is a common digestive system disease,its incidence and carcinogenic rate increase year by year,but there is no specific treatment.Modern medicine believes that CAG is mainly caused by Hp infection and intestinal flora disorder caused by improper diet and long-term medication changes in the body microenvironment,and its pathogenesis mainly includes inflammatory response,oxidative stress,immune imbalance and programmed cell death disorder.Chinese herbal compounds can improve CAG through multiple mechanisms,multiple pathways and multiple targets,and block the development of gastric inflammatory cancer by balancing intestinal flora,eradicating Hp infection,inhibiting inflammatory response,reducing oxidative damage,balancing immune function and regulating programmed cell death.In this study,the pathogenesis of CAG in recent years was reviewed,and the research direction of Chinese medicine compound was displayed,in order to provide new ideas for the in-depth study of CAG and the treatment of CAG with Chinese medicine compound.
