摘要：目的通过对β-内啡肽(β-endorphin,β-EP)、亮氨酸-脑啡肽(L-ENK)在肝胃不和型慢性胃炎患者和健康人群外周血清中含量的测定,探讨肝主疏泄、促进脾胃运化的现代分子生物学机制。方法筛选符合标准的17例患者作为试验组,17例健康人作为对照组,采用酶联免疫吸附法测定2组受测者血清中β-EP和L-ENK的含量。结果试验组β-EP含量显著低于对照组,2组比较差异有统计意义(P<0.05);试验组LENK含量高于对照组,但2组比较差异无统计意义(P>0.05)。结论肝胃不和型慢性胃炎患者血清中β-EP水平显著低于正常人群,β-EP是"肝主疏泄,促进脾胃运化"的分子生物学物质之一。
Objective To explore the mechanism of liver in governing the flow of Qi and promoting the transporting and transforming function of spleen and stomach by determining the contents of beta-endorphin( β-EP),leucine-enkephalin( L-ENK) in peripheral serum of patients with chronic gastritis as well as healthy people. Methods 17 patients with chronic gastritis were screened as experimental group,while 17 healthy people as control group. The contents of β-EP and L-ENK in serum of two groups were determined by enzyme-linked immunosorbent.Results The content of β-EP in experimental group was lower than that of control group. There was a signi-f icant difference( P<0.05). The content of L-ENK in experimental group was higher than that of control group,but there was no significant difference( P>0.05). Conclusion The level of β-Ep in serum of patients with c hronic gastritis is lower than normal people markedly. β-Ep is one of the molecular biology substances in governing the flow of Qi and promoting the transporting and transforming function of spleen and stomach.
