摘要：在新工科建设背景下,医学数据挖掘课程的开设对于提升医学信息工程专业内涵、培育医工融合的新兴新工科专业具有重要作用。针对医学数据挖掘课程教学中存在的实践教学资源库层次性不足、针对性不强等问题,构建了以验证性资源、综合性资源和创新性资源为主要内容的层次式实践教学资源库。实践教学资源库的构建与应用,加深了学生对数据挖掘理论的理解,激发了学生的学习兴趣,提高了学生解决实际问题的能力。
In the context of constructing of new engineering sciences,the establishment of medical data mining courses is playing an important role in upgrading the connotation of medical information engineering and cultivating new engineering specialties which integrate medical sciences with engineering sciences.Aiming at the problems of insufficient levels and weak pertinence of practical teaching resource library in medical data mining course teaching,we have constructed a hierarchical practical teaching resource library consisting mainly of verification resources,comprehensive resources and innovative resources.The construction and application of the practical teaching resources database have deepened students'understanding of data mining theories,stimulated students'interest in learning,and improved students'ability to solve practical problems.
