摘要：目的运用数据库技术和数据挖掘技术,分析张士卿教授治疗小儿厌食症的组方规律,为中医临床治疗小儿厌食症提供参考。方法收集2012年2月至2016年2月张教授治疗小儿厌食症处方,建立处方管理系统及数据库,使用关联规则对处方进行数据挖掘,分析张教授治疗小儿厌食症的组方规律。结果纳入分析的352首处方,涉及中药247味,药物出现的总频数为7 922次,用药频数>50次药物共有39味,其中用药频数>300次的依次为焦麦芽、焦山楂、焦神曲、鸡内金。常用核心药对有焦山楂、焦麦芽,焦山楂、焦神曲,焦山楂、焦麦芽、焦神曲,鸡内金、云茯苓、陈皮,云茯苓、陈皮,炙甘草、乌梅、鸡内金,陈皮、乌梅、鸡内金等。结论张教授认为小儿厌食症病机主要为脾失健运,治疗以消食化积、开胃健脾为主,同时配伍行气化湿之品,使脾胃功能复健,以达到食欲增、厌食症除的目的。
Objective Using database technology and data mining technology,this paper analyzes the prescription formula rules of professor ZHANG Shiqing in the treatment of infantile anorexia,and provides a reference for clinical treatment of infantile anorexia of TCM.Methods We collected professor ZHANG Shiqing’s prescriptions in the treatment of infantile anorexia from February 2012 to February 2016,established a prescription management system and database,used association rules for data mining of prescriptions,and analyzed prescription formula of professor ZHANG Shiqing in the treatment of infantile anorexia.Results Totally 352 infantile anorexia prescriptions were collected,247 flavors of Chinese materia medica were involved,the total frequency of drug occurrence was7 922,a total of 39 flavors were administered more than 50 times,among them the order of frequency of medication more than 300 times was Jiaomaiya( Hordei Fructus germinatus),Jiaoshanzha( Crataegi fructus),Jiaoshenqu,Ji’neijin( Galli Gigerii Endothelium corneum). Commonly used core medicine suits are Jiaoshanzha,Jiaomaiya;Jiaoshanzha,Jiaoshenqu;Jiaoshanzha,Jiaomaiya and Jiaoshenqu;Ji’neijin,Yunfuling( Poria),Chenpi( Citri Reticulatae pericarpium);Yunfuling,Chenpi;Zhigancao( Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma Praeparata cum Melle),Wumei( Mume fructus) and Ji’neijin;Chenpi,Wumei and Ji’neijin etc.Conclusion Professor ZHANG Shiqing deems that the pathogenesis of infantile anorexia mainly lies in failure of spleen in transportation,so the treatment focuses on relieving food retention to resolve accumulation and promoting appetite to invigorate spleen,meanwhile the compatibility of medicine consists in promoting qi flow to resolve dampness,and rehabilitate the function of spleen and stomach,so as to whet the appetite and eliminate the anorexia.
