摘要:目的建立川贝止咳露的HPLC指纹图谱及5种成分的含量测定方法。方法采用CAPCELL PAK-C_(18)色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-0.1%甲酸溶液,流速1.0 mL·min^(-1),柱温30℃,检测波长323 nm。结果41批样品有26个共有峰,相似度为0.22~0.99;5种成分在各自浓度范围内的线性关系良好(r≥0.999),平均加样回收率为96.23%~100.21%,RSD均<3%。其中,Y2厂家样品中未检测到桑皮苷A,其余成分均可检测到。结论所用方法简单可行、快速准确、重复性好,可为川贝止咳露的质量评价提供参考。
OBJECTIVE To establish an HPLC fingerprint and to detect five components in Chuanbei Zhike syrup.METHODS CAPCELL PAK-C_(18) column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)was used.The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-0.1%formic acid aqueous solution in gradient manner with a flow rate of 1.0 mL·min^(-1) and a column temperature of 30℃,and the detection wavelength was 323 nm.RESULTS A total of 26 peaks were shared among the 41 batches of samples,with the similarities ranging from 0.22 to 0.99.The results showed that the five components had good linear relationship in their respective ranges(r≥0.999),the average recovery ranged from 96.23%to 100.21%and the RSDs was less than 3%.Mulberroside A was not detected in the samples of manufacturer Y2,and the remaining components were detected.CONCLUSION The method is simple and feasible,rapid and accurate,with good reproducibility,and can provide a reference for the quality evaluation of Chuanbei Zhike syrup.
