摘要：现阶段,随着人们工作压力增大、环境卫生改变、消费水平上升和不良生活习惯增多等,声带息肉的发病率正在逐年增长,同时伴随着相对较高的复发率。患者苦于保守治疗效果欠佳,手术治疗反复性发生的困扰,严重影响患者的生活质量。声带息肉局部激素注射治疗进入临床治疗中,在声带任克间隙注射适量的长效激素,操作简单又疗效持久,且副作用小,被视为手术与保守治疗声带息肉外的另一有效方式。本研究就声带息肉局部激素注射治疗的作用机制,注射方式,常用药物及最新研究进展做一综述。
At this stage,with the increase of people’s work pressure,environmental health changes,rising consumption levels and increased bad living habits,the incidence of vocal cord polyps is increasing year by year,accompanied by a relatively high recurrence rate.Patients suffer from poor conservative treatment effects,and repeated occurrences of surgical treatment have seriously affected the quality of life of patients.Vocal cord polyps local hormone injection therapy into clinical treatment,in the vocal cord Renke gap injection of an appropriate amount of long-acting hormones,simple operation and long-lasting effect,and small side effects,is regarded as another effective way of surgery and conservative treatment of vocal cord polyps.This study reviews the mechanism of action,injection mode,commonly used drugs and the latest research progress of vocal cord polyps.
