摘要:骨肉瘤(OS)是青少年最常见的原发恶性骨肿瘤之一。目前OS的治疗方法主要是新辅助化疗联合保肢手术,在一定程度上提高了OS患者的5年生存率,局部复发与转移是治疗失败的主要原因。肿瘤新生血管生成参与肿瘤侵袭和远处转移。近年来针对新生血管生成的相关机制研究较多,同时越来越多的抗血管生成药物被研发且得到了临床验证。本文就目前OS新生血管生成的相关机制及治疗策略作一概述,以期为OS抗血管生成治疗的临床应用奠定基础。
Osteosarcoma(OS)is one of the most common primary malignant bone tumors in clinical adolescents.Currently,the treatment of OS is mainly limb salvage surgery combined with neoadjuvant chemotherapy,which improves the 5-year survival rate of patients with OS.Local recurrence and metastasis are the main reasons for treatment failure.The formation of tumor angiogenesis is largely involved in the progression of tumor invasion and distal metastasis.With the research on the relevant mechanism of angiogenesis in OS,more and more anti-angiogenic drugs have been developed and obtained corresponding clinical evidence.This review provides an overview of the current mechanisms and treatment strategies for OS angiogenesis in order to lay a foundation for the clinical application of anti-vascular therapy for OS.
