摘要：目的研究分析高分辨率超声联合CT对甲状腺癌颈部淋巴结转移的临床诊断价值。方法选取2015年1月至2018年6月于我院确诊为甲状腺癌颈部淋巴结转移的234例患者作为研究对象,按照甲状腺癌患者的影像学检验方法对其进行分组,其中采用高分辨率超声检验的78例患者作为超声组,采用CT进行检查的78例患者作为CT组,采用高分辨率超声联合CT进行影像学检查的78例患者作为联合组,比较并分析三组患者的敏感性、特异性等数据。结果联合组对甲状腺癌颈的诊断率明显高于CT组和超声组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);CT组对甲状腺癌的诊断率明显高于超声组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。联合组对甲状腺癌颈部淋巴结转移的诊断率明显高于CT组和超声组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);CT组对甲状腺癌颈部淋巴结转移的诊断率明显高于超声组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论高分辨率超声联合CT在诊断甲状腺癌颈部淋巴结转移患者上具有较高的临床诊断价值。
Objective To investigate the clinical value of high-resolution ultrasound combined with CT in diagnosising cervical lymph node metastasis of thyroid cancer.Methods 234 patients with cervical lymph node metastasis of thyroid cancer diagnosed in our hospital from January 2015 to June 2018 were selected and divided into ultrasound group,CT group combined group according to the imaging examination methods,78 cases in each group.Then the sensitivity and specificity of the three methods were compared and analyzed.Results The diagnostic rate of thyroid cancer ranking in descending order among three groups were combined group,CT group and ultrasound group,with statistic difference(P<0.05).The diagnostic rate of cervical lymph node metastasis ranking in descending order among three groups was a combined group,CT group and ultrasound group,with statistic difference(P<0.05).Conclusion High-resolution ultrasound combined with CT has high clinical diagnostic value in the diagnosis of cervical lymph node metastasis of thyroid cancer.
