摘要:红芪是传统中药材,其药理活性明显,临床应用广泛.红芪多糖在恶性肿瘤和阿尔茨海默病治疗方面具有独到的效果.超声波提取技术具有独特的优势和特点,在中药多糖的提取中应用较多.在红芪多糖的提取中已有应用,多属于以不同超声波功率、温度组合及一定的料液比组合来提高红芪多糖的提取率、缩短提取时间和节约能源方面,但超声条件、提取介质温度及pH等对所得红芪多糖的分子量有一定影响,超声波对其有一定的分子修饰作用,从而影响其药理活性及药效,但现阶段在此方面的定量研究较少.进一步研究超声条件和提取介质条件对红芪多糖分子量的影响,以及不同超声条件对所得红芪多糖的分子修饰作用和不同条件下所得的不同分子量的红芪多糖的结构与药效的关系等具有重要现实意义.
Radix hedysari is a traditional Chinese medicine.Its pharmacological activity is obvious and its clinical application is extensive.Hedysarum polysaccharide has a unique effect in the treatment of malignant tumors and Alzheimer′s disease.Ultrasonic extraction technology has unique advantages and characteristics,and is used in extraction of polysaccharide from traditional Chinese medicine.It has been used in the extraction of hedysarum polysaccharide,and it is mostly used to improve the extraction rate,shorten the extraction time,and save energy by using different ultrasonic power,temperature combinations,and certain material and liquid ratio combinations.However,ultrasonic conditions,extraction medium temperature and pH have certain effects on the molecular weight of the obtained hedysarum polysaccharide.Ultrasound has certain molecular modifications,which affects its pharmacological activity and efficacy.However,at this stage,there are few quantitative studies in this area.To further study the effects of ultrasonic conditions and extraction medium conditions on the molecular weight of polysaccharide in Radix hedysari.And different ultrasonic conditions have important practical significance for the molecular modification of the obtained hedysarum polysaccharide and the relationship between the structure and efficacy of the different molecular weights of hedysarum polysaccharide under different conditions.
