摘要：从拓宽素质培养平台、提高学生综合素质、促进学生全面发展,师承教育与现代教育模式相结合,巩固专业思想,加强中医临床思维等能力培养;加强中医基本理论和中医经典学习,树立专业信心,形成扎实的中医文化功底;精心打造临床诊疗能力平台,加强基本功训练,大力提高学生临床动手能力;改变以往一考定终身的考核方式,全过程综合评价,推动学生学习能力培养;深化教学方式方法改革,以学生为中心,促进知识、素质和能力全面协调发展等方面,对现行五年制中医学本科人才培养模式进行改革和创新,探索最切合该专业发展的人才培养模式。
We cultivated students with several methods, including broadening the quality training platform, enhancing their comprehensive quality, promoting them overall development combining apprentice education and modem education pattern, consolidating their professional ideas, strengthening the clinical thinking of Traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM）. Apart from these, we also strengthened the study of TCM basic theories and canons to es- tablish their professional confidence with a solid TCM cultural foundation. Furthermore, we built a clinical diagnosis and treatment platform elaborately to reinforce their basic skill training and improve their clinical practice ability. We also promoted their learning ability by comprehensive evaluation method in the whole process but the past as- sessment method based on exams. And we also deepened the reform of teaching method, and took students as the core to accelerate comprehensive and concerted development of their knowledge, quality and abilities. We also re- formed and innovated the current five-year undergraduate medical personnel training mode, so as to explore the most suitable training mode for this professional development.
