摘要：目的:分析经直肠超声弹性成像在指导前列腺穿刺活检及诊断前列腺癌中的价值。方法:选取2021年2月-2022年2月甘肃中医药大学附属医院收治的疑似前列腺癌患者40例,对患者进行常规经直肠超声检查、经直肠超声弹性检查,并在超声指导下实施前列腺穿刺活检。比较不同穿刺活检方法的穿刺阳性率、前列腺癌诊断效能。结果:40例患者中,前列腺癌24例,其他良性病变16例。经直肠超声弹性成像指导前列腺穿刺活检的阳性率高于经直肠常规超声指导前列腺穿刺活检,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。经直肠超声弹性成像指导前列腺穿刺活检诊断前列腺癌的灵敏度、特异度、准确度均高于经直肠常规超声指导前列腺穿刺活检,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针对疑似前列腺癌患者开展经直肠超声弹性成像指导前列腺穿刺活检,可提高前列腺癌诊断准确率,符合临床诊断需求。
Objective:To analyze the value of transrectal ultrasound elastography in guiding prostate puncture biopsy and diagnosis of prostate cancer.Methods:Forty patients with suspected prostate cancer in Affiliated Hospital of Gansu University of Chinese Medicine were selected from February 2021 to February 2022.Routine transrectal ultrasound examination and transrectal ultrasound elastography examination were performed on all patients,and prostate puncture biopsy was performed under the guidance of ultrasound.The positive rate and diagnostic efficiency of different biopsy methods for prostate cancer were compared.Results:Among the 40 patients,24 cases had prostate cancer and 16 cases had other benign lesions.The positive rate of prostate puncture biopsy guided by transrectal ultrasound elastography was higher than that guided by conventional transrectal ultrasound,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of prostate puncture biopsy guided by transrectal ultrasound elastography in diagnosing prostate cancer were all higher than those guided by conventional transrectal ultrasound,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:Transrectal ultrasound elastography guided prostate puncture biopsy for suspected prostate cancer patients can improve the diagnostic accuracy of prostate cancer and meet the needs of clinical diagnosis.
