摘要：李应存教授长期致力于敦煌医学文献的发掘、整理和应用研究,尤擅长运用敦煌医方治疗多种常见病、疑难病。针对产后发热,李教授认为,该病与产后亡血伤津和易感邪气的特殊生理状态密不可分,用药应重视益气补血、扶正培元、兼祛邪气,临证化裁敦煌疗风虚瘦弱方,效果显著,可为敦煌医方用于临床治疗提供参考。
Professor LI Yingcun has long been devoted to the exploration, collation and application of medical literature of Dunhuang. He is especially skilled in treating various common diseases and difficult diseases with Dunhuang medical prescriptions. In terms of postpartum fever, Professor LI Yingcun believes that the occurrence of postpartum fever is related to the postpartum special physiological state of hemorrhage, body fluid depletion and external pathogenesis. Therefore, the treatment should be tonifying qi and blood, strengthening body resistance and eliminating pathogenesis. Modified Dunhuang Liaofengxushouruo Decoction can be used for the disease, with obvious efficacy, which can provide references for application of Dunhuang Medicine in clinic.
