摘要:哮喘是一种常见且易反复发作的气道免疫炎症疾病,多种细胞及其组分可共同参与并促进其病理过程。气道炎症是哮喘的基本特征,可引起气道高反应,常表现为炎症细胞的增加及炎性细胞的浸润。磷脂酰肌醇3激酶(phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase,PI3K)的活化可导致丝氨酸/苏氨酸蛋白激酶(serine/threonine protein kinase,Akt)的募集、磷酸化,活化的Akt可磷酸化一系列细胞内蛋白从而介导下游反应。近年来,越来越多的研究表明PI3K/Akt信号通路与哮喘气道炎症紧密相关,可通过多机制影响哮喘及其气道炎症的进展。本文就近年来PI3K/Akt信号通路参与哮喘气道炎症反应的发生发展进行综述,为研究哮喘的临床治疗及平喘药物的开发提供理论基础。
Asthma is a common and recurrent airway immune inflammatory disease,a variety of cells and cellular components participate in it and promote its pathological process.As the basic feature of asthma,airway inflammation,can cause airway hyperresponsiveness and often manifested as an increase of inflammatory cells and infiltration of inflammatory cells.The activation of phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase(PI3K)can lead to the recruitment and phosphorylation of serine/threonine protein kinase(Akt),and activated Akt can further phosphorylate a series of intracellular proteins to mediate downstream reactions.In recent years,more and more studies have shown that PI3K/Akt signaling pathway is closely related to asthma airway inflammation,which can affect the progress of asthma and airway inflammation through multiple mechanisms.In this review,PI3K/Akt signaling pathway is involved in the occurrence and development of airway inflammation in asthma in recent years,so as to provide theoretical basis for the clinical treatment of asthma and the development of antiasthmatic drugs.
