摘要:目的对甘肃、青海和内蒙古3个产地黑果枸杞所含23种微量元素进行含量测定分析研究,为今后黑果枸杞开发利用与深入研究提供科学依据。方法采用微波消解,电感耦合等离子体质谱仪和电感耦合等离子体发射光谱仪对3个产地黑果枸杞所含23种微量元素进行含量测定,方法便捷,稳定性好,精密度高,检出限低。结果3个产地所产黑果枸杞中,均含有丰富的对人体有益的微量元素,所含重金属均未超标,均在安全值范围内,相比较而言,青海格尔木市河西农场3连所产的黑果枸杞中,所含人体必需微量元素含量最高,质量最好。结论3个产地的黑果枸杞均含丰富的对人体有益的微量元素,且重金属元素均在安全范围,可安全食用,有较大的开发利用潜力。
Objective To analyze the determination of 23 trace elements ofLycium ruthenicum fruit from Qinghai, Gansu, Inner Mongolia and provide scientific basis for further study. Methods Microwave digestion, ICP-MS and ICP- spectrometer were used for content determination of 23 trace elements contained in Lycium ruthenicum fruit from the three habitats, the method was convenient with good stability, high precision, low detection limit. Results The three samples ofLycium ruthenicum fruit contained rich trace elements beneficial to human body, heavy metals were within the safe range. The Lycium ruthenicum fruit collected from No.3 Company of Hexi farm, Golmud, Qinghai contained the highest concentration of essential trace elements, the quality was the best. Conclusion Lycium ruthenicum fruit collected from the three habitats are all rich in trace elements beneficial to human body, heavy metal elements are all within the safe range, there is great potential for development and utilization.
