摘要：土地贫瘠、经济落后的全国扶贫县通渭,何以能够登上文化部首次命名的"中国书画艺术之乡"榜首:贫瘠的自然环境促成了多彩的艺术走向,厚重的文化底蕴奠定了坚实的书画基础,办班培训和政府推介使书画艺术得以普及和提高。
How can Tongwei,a poor,economically backward national poverty county,board the ＂Hometown of Chinese Painting and Calligraphy＂ list named by the Ministry of Culture for the first time？The poor natural environment contributed to colorful art direction;thick culture of painting had a solid foundation;training classes and government promotion helped enhance the popularity of Painting and Calligraphy
