摘要：目的:研究产地加工中硫熏对党参品质的影响。方法:用高效液相色谱法,测定党参硫熏前后党参炔苷含量。使用ZORBAX Edipse XDB-C18柱(4.6mm×250mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-水(28∶72),流速为1.0mL.min-1,柱温为30℃,检测波长为269nm。结果:硫熏后党参中党参炔苷含量均明显下降。结论:硫熏对党参药材质量有影响,出于对人体健康的长远考虑,产地加工应严格控制硫熏。
Objective： To determine the effect of sulphur fumigation on lobetyolin of codonopsis radix. Methods： The contents of lobetyolin in the codonopsis radix were determined by HPLC. The assay was performed on a ZORBAX Edipse XDB-C18 column（4. 6 mm × 250 mm,5 um）at the temperature of 30 ℃, eluted with a mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-H2O（28：72） at a flow rate of 1 mL·min-1. The UV detector was set at 269 nm. Results： The content of lobetyolin in codonopsis radix was decreased obviously after sulphur fumed. Conclusion： The quality of codonopsis radix was affected by sulphur fumigation. In considering people＇ s health, sulphur fumigation should be restricted.
