摘要:目的:研究产地加工中硫熏对党参品质的影响。方法:用高效液相色谱法,测定党参硫熏前后党参炔苷含量。使用ZORBAX Edipse XDB-C18柱(4.6mm×250mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-水(28∶72),流速为1.0mL.min-1,柱温为30℃,检测波长为269nm。结果:硫熏后党参中党参炔苷含量均明显下降。结论:硫熏对党参药材质量有影响,出于对人体健康的长远考虑,产地加工应严格控制硫熏。
Objective: To determine the effect of sulphur fumigation on lobetyolin of codonopsis radix. Methods: The contents of lobetyolin in the codonopsis radix were determined by HPLC. The assay was performed on a ZORBAX Edipse XDB-C18 column(4. 6 mm × 250 mm,5 um)at the temperature of 30 ℃, eluted with a mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-H2O(28:72) at a flow rate of 1 mL·min-1. The UV detector was set at 269 nm. Results: The content of lobetyolin in codonopsis radix was decreased obviously after sulphur fumed. Conclusion: The quality of codonopsis radix was affected by sulphur fumigation. In considering people' s health, sulphur fumigation should be restricted.
