摘要：针对中国存在的话语渠道狭窄、传媒涉农内容与农民需求错位、传媒涉农信息当事人缺席等农民媒介话语权缺失现象,探究造成这些现象的原因,主要有媒介资源分配不平衡、大众传媒过于追逐经济效益、农民媒介运用能力不足以及大众传媒从业者对农民抱有偏见等,提出大众传媒应发挥社会公共空间职能,为农民话语表达搭建平台;增强社会责任,防止公共领域"殖民化";摒弃固有偏见,树立为农服务理念;实施受众教育,提高农民媒介素养。
In view of the phenomena of the deficiency of peasants＇right of media-based speech, such as the narrow peasant＇s speech channel, the misalignment between agriculture-related media information and peasants＇ demands, and the absence of the person concerned with the media-spread agriculture-related information, what have caused the phenomena are explored and thought to mainly be the imbalanced distribution of media resources, the media＇s greedily seeking for economic efficiency, the peasants＇ poor ability to apply the media, and the prejudices against peasants from the people who are engaged in the media. Accordingly, it is suggested that the media serve as social public space, construct a platform with which peasants can express themselves, strengthen their social responsibility, prevent public fields from colonization, give up the given prejudices, develop the mentality of serving agriculture, countryside and peasants, carry out audience-oriented education, and try to improve peasants＇ media cultivation.
