摘要:目的:建立板蓝根中多糖的含量测定方法,分析比较甘肃省内不同种植区域的板蓝根多糖含量差异。方法:采用水提醇沉法提取板蓝根中多糖,利用苯酚-硫酸法测定板蓝根中多糖的含量。结果:甘肃不同产地板蓝根中多糖含量相差较大,最高为16.22%,最低为10.59%,平均回收率为99.42%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为1.15%(n=6)。结论:该测定方法简单、准确、真实,可用于测定板蓝根中多糖含量。整体看甘肃地区板蓝根中多糖含量相对较低,且不同市县及乡镇其多糖含量存在较大差异,有必要对其种植区域进行科学合理规划。
Objective:To distinguish the content differences of polysaccharides in BanLanGen (isatis tinctoria) from different habitats of Gansu Province by establishing a determination method. Methods:The polysaccharides in the Banlangen were extracted by water-extraction and alcohol-precipitation method and the polysaccharide contents were determined by phenol-sulfuric acid method. Results: The differences in different regions in Gansu province were great;the highest was 16.22%, the lowest 10.59%, the average recovery rate 99.42%and RSD 1.15%(n=6). Conclusion:The determining method adopted, which was simple, accurate and practical, can be used to measure the content of polysaccharides in Banlangen. Wholly, the polysaccharide contents of Banlangen in Gansu province are relatively low; because there exists great differences in the polysaccharide contents of Banlangen from different cities, counties and towns, a scientific and rational planning for Banlangen′s planting division is necessary.
