摘要：小儿多发性抽动症是一种神经精神障碍性疾病,史正刚教授认为该病的病机为痰火引动肝风、上扰心神,基本治则为清热化痰、平肝息风、止痉安神,基础方为菖蒲郁金汤,在重视药物治疗的同时也要注重饮食起居及情志调摄。并附典型案例2则以资验证。
In professor SHI Zhenggang’s opinion,the pathogenesis of tourette syndrome in children is that pyrophlegm produced liver wind to disturb spirit.The basic rules of treatment are following：clearing heat and eliminating phlegm to calm liver wind and spirit as well as relieve convulsion.Therefore,modified Changpu Yujin Tang should be applied to treat this disease.It is very essential to make drug treatment;meanwhile,diet and way of life as well as emotions regulations are both significant.2 typical case was attached for verification.
