摘要：目的:观察耳针联合激光穴位照射及热淋清治疗慢性细菌性膀胱炎的疗效。方法:将160例患者随机分为2组,治疗组80例在常规服用热淋清的基础上采用耳针联合激光穴位照射治疗,对照组80例常规服用热淋清治疗,2组均以10次为1个疗程,疗程间休息4天,连续治疗2个疗程,观察临床疗效及中段尿培养致病菌生长菌落计数值的变化情况。结果:总有效率治疗组为97.50%,对照组为77.50%,2组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);随访2月,中段尿培养致病菌生长菌落计数值2组均有升高趋势,但与治疗前比较治疗组无明显差异(P>0.05),对照组有明显差异(P<0.05),治疗后2组组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:耳针联合激光穴位照射及热淋清治疗慢性细菌性膀胱炎可明显减轻临床症状。
To observe clinical efficacy of ear acupuncture, laser irradiation in acupoints and ReLinQingin the treatment for patients with chronic bacterial cystitis. Methods： All 160 patients were randomly divided into two groups, 80 cases in the treatment group was treated with ear acupuncture and laser irradiation in acupoints on the basis ofReLinQin, the patients in the control group took ReLinQin, ten times were one course of the treatment for both groups, the interval was four days. Clinical efficacy and bacterial colony counting value changes of pathogenic bacteria culture in midstream urine were observed after two courses of continuous treatment. Result： Total effective rate was 97.50% in the treatment group and 77.50% in the control group, which indicated that the difference between the two groups had statistical meaning （P〈0.05）; bacterial colony counting values of pathogenic bacteria culture in midstream urine increased in both groups in the follow-up of two months, there was no significant difference in the treatment group compared with that before treating （P〉0.05）, there was significant difference in the control group （P〈0.05）, the difference showed statistical meaning between both groups after treating （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Ear acupuncture, laser irradiation in acupoints andReLinQingcould obtain better effects in the treat-ment for patients with chronic bacterial cystitis.
