摘要：腰椎间盘突出症是临床常见腰腿疼痛疾患。本文基于椎间盘退变的生物力学研究从椎间盘结构与功能、力学特性、生物力学研究、椎间盘退变与腰椎间盘突出症的关系等4个方面分析腰椎间盘突出症的发病机制。发现椎间盘退变作为诱发本病的主要病理基础,营养障碍、细胞凋亡、力学载荷、免疫炎症因子等危险因素对椎间盘的渐进性损害是导致腰椎间盘突出症的潜在病理因素。由此期望对临床工作者深入了解本病发病机制提供参考。
Lumbar disc herniation is a common clinical lumbar and leg pain disorder.Based on the biomechanical study of intervertebral disc degeneration,this paper expounds the pathogenesis of lumbar disc herniation from four aspects,including disc structure and function,mechanical characteristics,biomechanical study,and the relationship between disc degeneration and lumbar disc herniation.It was found that intervertebral disc degeneration was the main pathological basis of this disease,and the progressive damage of intervertebral disc by risk factors such as nutritional disorder,cell apoptosis,mechanical load,immune inflammatory factors was the potential pathological factor of lumbar disc herniation.This will provide a reference for clinical workers to further understand the pathogenesis of the disease.
