摘要：目的驻景丸加减方联合雷火灸治疗围绝经期干眼的临床疗效。方法将80例(160只眼)患者随机分为对照组和观察组各40例。对照组患者采用玻璃酸钠滴眼液治疗,观察组患者在对照组的基础上加用驻景丸加减方联合雷火灸治疗,10 d为1个疗程,共治疗3个疗程;观察2组患者治疗后临床疗效、泪膜破裂时间(BUT)、泪液分泌量(SIT)、角膜荧光素染色(FL)及眼表疾病指数(OSDI)量表评分和整体症状评分的变化。结果观察组总有效率为87.5%(35/40),对照组为60.0%(24/40),2组比较差异有统计学意义(c2=7.813,P=0.005),2组治疗后整体症状和OSDI评分明显降低,观察组明显低于对照组,2组比较差异有统计学意义(t整体=2.216,P=0.03;tOSDI=3.713,P=0.000),2组治疗后BUT、SITⅠ比较差异有统计学意义(tBUT=-3.575,P=0.001;tSIT=-3.891,P=0.000)。结论驻景丸加减方联合雷火灸治疗对围绝经期女性干眼患者的BUT、SITⅠ及FL三项客观指标及主观不适症状均有改善,该疗法在延长BUT、促进泪液分泌及减轻主观症状评分方面优于玻璃酸钠滴眼液组。
OBJECTIVE To observe the clinical effect of modified Zhujing pill combined with thunder-fire moxibustion on perimenopause dry eye.METHODS Eighty patients(160 eyes)were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 40 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with sodium hyaluronate eye drops.Patients in the observation group were treated with modified Zhujing pill combined with thunder-fire moxibustion on the basis of eye drops same as the control group.The changes of clinical efficacy,break-up time of tear-film(BUT),tear secretion(SIT),corneal fluorescein staining(FL),ocular surface disease index(OSDI)scale scores and overall symptom scores were observed.RESULTS The total effective rate of observation group was 87.5%(35/40),it of the control group was 60.0%(24/40).There was statistical difference between the two groups(c2=7.813,P=0.005).The overall symptoms and OSDI scores of the two groups both decreased significantly after the treatment.The result of observation group was significantly lower than the control group and the difference was of statistical difference(toverall=2.216,P=0.03;tOSDI=3.713,P=0.000).The result of BUT and SITI of two groups after treatment showed significant differences(tBUT=-3.575,P=0.001;tSIT=-3.891,P=0.000).CONCLUSIONS Modified Zhujing pill with thunder-fire moxibustion therapy showed obvious effects on perimenopausal patients with dry eye in terms of BUT,SIT,FL as well as subjective symptoms.This treatment solution yielded better effects in extending BUT,promoting tear secretion,and alleviating subjective symptoms in contrast to sodium hyaluronate eye drops.
