摘要：随着社会老龄化日益加重,慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)合并肌肉减少症患病人数日益攀升,不仅给老年人身体造成了严重危害,且给家庭和社会来带来巨大挑战。运动疗法既是COPD呼吸康复的核心,也是肌肉减少症的首选干预方式,文章综述COPD合并肌肉减少症的运动干预方式,以期为临床干预COPD合并肌肉减少症提供资料。
With the increasing aging of the society,the number of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease combined with sarcopenia is increasing,which not only causes serious harm to the health of the elderly,but also poses a great challenge to the family and society.Exercise therapy is not only the core of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease respiratory rehabilitation,but also the preferred mode of intervention for myopenia.In this paper,the methods of exercise intervention for chronic obstructive pulmonary disease combined with myopenia were summarized in order to provide new ideas for clinical intervention of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease combined with myopenia.
