摘要：痞证以患者自觉心下胀满堵塞不舒,按之濡软而不痛为主要临床表现。仲景《伤寒论》认为痞证的病因为太阳伤寒误用下法导致邪陷中焦,气机不畅,壅塞于心下。病机为中焦气机升降不利,痞塞不通。而黄元御以中国古代哲学思想为基础,尊四圣经典,独创新说,创新性地提出了“土枢四象,一气周流”的学术思想,基于这一学术思想,认为痞证的病机是中焦脾土斡旋失司,导致其他四象气机阻滞不通,病理产物堆积,进而一气不能周流的结果。治疗上应培补中土之气,恢复清气左旋和浊气右转的气机流转。在体悟黄元御学术思想的基础上,基于“土枢四象,一气周流”生理模型,对《伤寒论》痞证论治有新见解,现阐释如下,与同道共享。
The main clinical manifestations of pi-deficiency syndrome are that patients feel distension and blockage under the heart,according to which they are soft and painless.In Treatise on Febrile Diseases,Zhong Jing believed that pideficiency syndrome\s disease was caused by solar typhoid fever\s misuse of the lower method.The pathogenesis of the middle energizer air lift adverse,pi-deficiency impassability.And Huang Yuanyu royal on the basis of the ancient Chinese philosophy,four classic,unique new,innovative put forward“soil pivot four organs and one qi circulation”academic thought,based on the academic thought,think of the new card pathogenesis is middle energizer mediation,cause other four organs gas block,pathological product accumulation,and thus in not circumfluent.In the treatment,we should strengthen the qi of the middle energizer and restore the circulation of the qi of the left rotation of the clear qi and the right rotation of the turbid qi.On the basis of understanding Huang Yuanyu\s academic thought and the physiological model of“soil pivot four organs and one qi circulation”,has a new opinion on the treatment of pi-deficiency syndrome in Treatise on Febrile diseases,which is now explained one by one.
